Can't express how pleased I am with the total experience! Called the number and got a LIVE person. They scheduled the service for the same day, between 2 and 4. The technician, Daniel, was there just before 3 o'clock. I had a broken torsion spring on my junky, contractor grade, assembly. Daniel installed a heavy duty spring, new brackets, new tube, new cables, and perfectly balanced the door. Even performed a check on the opener motor to make sure it was still in good working order. The whole thing took less than an hour! Daniel was prompt, courteous, and very thorough. He discussed multiple options and prices with me at the start, so that I could make the best decision for the repair and for my wallet. The workmanship was excellent and he cleaned everything up when he finished. Even took the old, broken assembly with him. Couldn't have asked for better service. VERY impressed with Precision.

Existing customer since 2007. Garage door opener quit working. Was able to schedule with Precision for next day service for late afternoon. Technician called about 45 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment to let me know he was enroute but still showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Tech was cordial,polite and performed the necessary replacement of the door opener. Very pleasant experience...Tech had everything needed to do this service call and get it right. I have to rate this as a 5 star event. Thank you again for the quick response.

I chose "Precision" because it had an address near my home. I would choose them again if I needed to. The salesman didn't try to sell me up, he explained the merits of several doors and I made my choice. The agent who installed my door was very knowledgeable and worked quickly but answered any question I raised. I would gladly work with either of them again.

Very good emergency service the day after Christmas, with a few repairs we were able to use our old door , although a bit shaky, until the new one was received and installed. Installation was professional and friendly with additional information given to make the new door stronger and not have happen again what happened over Christmas.
