Eric arrived in 20 minutes. replaced the door opener and our keyless pad in an hour, the new opener is so quiet i cant tell it is open. He even made sure the opener paired to my car. Great service with convenience. will use again.

Originally I was going to invest in the higher grade springs unfortunately office management was going to reduce the warranty for the higher springs from five years to six months in order for me to receive a discount From a five year warranty reduced to six months warranty hardly seems fair I would’ve shopped around but if I did they would’ve charged me a $29.99 for a Estimate. So basically they have you on a hard spot you either pay for a estimate or pay for the job. Your company is over-priced. You were going to charge me $650 to change a spring for my garage door. My best friend recommended someone else, and he came to change both springs and did service, only costed me $190. He used exactly the same size, same model springs, so why are you charge so much?

quick response on Saturday, that's big plus! service technician is polite and professional, job done quick. My only complain is the price is high. only changed a carriage, which you can buy online for ~$10. the work is simple and took less than 20mins. Homedepot don't carry it otherwise I would do it myself.

Service workmanship for garage door new mounting bracket is good/excellent. However, the service charge is too expensive. For the same type of repair service, I can get a quote for $80.00 less or 30% less comparied with what I had been charged for $275.00 by Precision Garage Door.
