I had a broken spring , Zach showed up at the time scheduled , was very polite , checked out the door and other issues with it , we discussed the repair and options , replaced the necessary parts , then when it was done I decided to have a new opener installed. It was nice to be able to call late in the evening to schedule the repair on our garage door the next day. Your professional and informative website was very helpful. Bobby was right on time and fixed the broken hinges our garage door quickly. He also gave me some good info on replacing the door when we get to that project. I was really impressed with Precision's service! They were prompt and tuned up our garage door for a very fair price. Jake was just a genuinely nice guy and even took a few minutes to take a look at my car since it had just broken down that day! I would recommend these guys to anyone having issues with their garage door!

Thank you for the great service! Although the garage door showed intermittent failure to open AFTER Jake left, I found the culprit to be a loose wire on one of the sensors. Regardless, Jake did a great job servicing my door and really cleaned up and smoothed out the door operation. The springs needed replacing and he did a great job getting everything done quickly, on time and with true professionalism. I remain a satisfied customer and will use your services when I next need them! Again, Thank you!
