The gentleman who serviced my garage door (Ed Dombrowski) arrived exactly on time. He tried to correct the problem in the simplest and inexpensive way, but my garage door opener was too far gone to repair, so he installed a new opener. He was very polite and professional in every aspect of the job and took the time to explain what was required and then took extra time to explain the features of the new opener. Chose you due to time in service. They gave me a time of 4-8pm window. I prefer daylight time for service due to living alone and I am not a night person. The tech happened to hear the call and decided to try earlier. I went to mow the lawn so did not get the call but he pulled in and noticed it looked like I might be mowing so he came and found me out back. Answered all my questions and taught me how to lubricate the doors. Nice and polite and efficient. I will definitely call the company if anything else I might need for the doors or new opener.
