Best described as an awesome experience. Requested emergency repairs on line@ 8am. Your technician Zac was on site at 9:30 am! Zac investigated the issues and provided a detailed, easy to understand explanation of the issues the costs involved. All repairs were done in a timely manner. Can’t find better customer service than that. I was drawn to your TV ads that hi-lighted the veterans on your team. Further, as a veteran myself, I was afforded a Veteran’s discount! What started out as a “bummer” situation, turned out to be a pleasant experience. Thank You

Our garage door opener broke late on Thursday afternoon and I called Precision and they set up an appointment for Friday morning . Chris Enlow from Precision arrived early on Friday . He was very courteous and professional and showed me 3 options he had for replacing my opener . After I picked an option he was able to install the new opener quickly and efficiently .. After the installation was completed Chris spent a good amount of time explaining all the features with my new opener since the opener that was replaced was over 30 years old . I was very happy with the service provided by Chris . The cost was more than I expected but then I hadn't replaced an opener in over 30 years .

I can’t praise these guys enough. My garage decided to break on me this morning to the point where I could only close it half way. I called precision and the operator lady I wish I could remember her name was so helpful and nice. I had to call back an hr later and change the service time and the same lady helped me. She was so sweet and understanding and helped me bring my anxiety down. When the technician Brent came he was absolutely amazing. He saved the day. He def pulled me of the ledge. He was absolutely amazing! I totally recommend these guys. Precision thank you for saving the day!!! You guys rock!!!

Called in the evening when I discovered a broken spring, got an appointment for the next morning. Mike, the technician came out and gave me a full rundown of all the issues with our garage doors. They had been neglected for over 10 years. He got me up and running shortly thereafter and explained all the maintenance I should keep up with going forward. Great service all around!

it’s never a good time when your garage door will not open! Fortunately we called Precision and they sent out a technician named Michael. He diagnosed the problem, (bad belt on opener) gave us options of replacing belt or replacing unit. we decided to put in a new unit since the old one was15 years old. The new one works like a cham, it is much quieter! Very happy with Precision for their quick response, their professionalism and a very capable technician.

John was outstanding! He listened to all of my concerns and inspected everything. He discovered visible a broken spring, fractures/breaks in the door, hinges, worn-out rollers and frayed cables that are well over 26 years old. We were looking to replace the doors over a year ago and decided to have them replaced. John helped us select what Precision offered and all the warranty options. We decided with IRMA and most resent IAN this was the best choice for our Home and Family. We will recommend John and Precision in the future.
