Evan was very friendly and explained what he was doing to solve our problems, no issues there. Our main concern was the garage door sticking to our existing vinyl. Evan suggested we replace our vinyl trim, which we did. We are still facing the same problem though, as the garage door stuck. Hopefully we can get someone out again??

Rob came out to inspect, assess, and discuss the issues and give us options and estimates. He did not try to up-sell or push us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and experienced. We decided to proceed (our door was horribly noisy) so Cameron arrived within minutes and did a fantastic job installing all new parts, motor, and opener; he was also knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We love the new motor and parts. The follow-up is incredible, and they even sent us before and after pictures with the inspection report. Amazing service! Came out same day, and basically gave us a brand new garage door. Our spring snapped, so that was replaced they also replaced the rollers, drums, cables, and weather seal. The only original parts left were the motor, and door panels. Greg did our assessment and invoice and managed to give us a discount on some services. Nick did the install and did a superb job. All with a lifetime guarantee to boot

Even though the repairers were a little expensive, the service was extremely worth it. Everything was explained in detail and the repair was quick. My only issue was, there was no mention of any discounts while everything was being explained and I found out later that I qualified for 2. I did recommend this company to my sister and I would recommend this company to others. The service was awesome!

I gave 5 star for two things: Quickest service in reaching same day (hour as well) and fixing problem. I took away each star for: 1. Very very pricy service like you wouldn’t believe (2 Star deduction) 2. Upselling things I don’t need under facade of recommendations and tech literally stands there until you either give in or say NO for 4th time 3. Lack of confidence in your own product by offering the worst service in parts eg: 1 year on electrical 1 on blah blah. 4. No one calls after the service to take feedback. I have spent $950 In matter of few weeks and yet I didn’t get the appreciation feeling from the company. My electronic pad still doesn’t work even though it’s only 6th -7th week.

This company, is timely, couristy seems on the for front. clean, not to expensive, but higher in cost than other quotes. simply for the fact, they replace, rather than asjust or try to rig the worn out componets. we highly recoment them. below they do not have listed under the product. we had our door, totaly rebuildt. springs, cable, support bracket, motoer and belt drive. we paid about 1,500 us dollars, took him Rob all most three hours. We are very happy with the up grade.

Called early Sat evening because of a broken garage door spring. Spoke with very pleasant and efficient young lady who quickly had me scheduled for a service call at 8:00 the next morning. Service technician called ahead of time and arrived on schedule - very thorough, professional, and courteous. Replacement of springs and installation of new rollers was complete within about an hour. Would highly recommend for any garage door service or repair.

We were satisfied with the end results. However, I wasn't home at the time and your repairman came in and told my wife that we need a new motor and gave her options. I got to talking to him on the phone and couldn't understand why the motor would give up after 5 years that could it be possibly something else. After I came home and talked with Your man , he started checking other things that's what I told him I wasn't happy that he tried to sell us a motor to begin with and it was just adjustments that needed to be made and now the garage door works fine. You all have done work for us before but I think this will be the last time that I call, there are other repair companies out there and maybe I'll give them a call next time we have an issue.

My garage door wouldn't open and I found that the major spring had snapped. Precision came out on a Saturday and had me back and running with a repaired and tuned up garage door. No extra charge for the weekend. Best in the business!
