I recently had a new garage door installed by Precision. Since the installer was here from about 4:30 to 9 pm he did not program the vehicle opener to the new garage door opener. I tried to do it myself but Fat Fingered it and got everything so messed up the door and opener went into failsafe mode. Another service call and a great guy came out and reprogrammed everything for me including my vehicles. Thank you!

Just did a one year maintenance checkup. Charged $89/per door. I had two doors. Then I asked for you to program a new (single) garage door opener as a backup. Holy shit! You charged me $150 for a simple program to my garage door? Good to know. I will NEVER use you all again. EVER! You have competition out there peeps, and I will use them going forward. Thank you (very little)!

I had used Precision Door Service several times and have always been satisfied with their services. I called them this time to fix my garage door since it kept opening when it was almost completely closed. The tech checked it out and found a loose wire near the motor housing. He fixed it and didn’t charge me because he said that should have been addressed at their last appointment from 8 months ago. Our garage door spring popped yesterday evening, and we were unable to use our garage door. Consequently, our car was "locked" inside the garage. I called Precision that same evening, and they set an appointment for the following day (between 8-12). Our service consultant was Dustin and he called around 10 AM saying he was 20 minutes from the house. He arrived within that timeframe. Dustin was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable of our situation. I told him our doors were 7 years old, and he pulled out his phone calculator and took us through an exercise of # of daily garage door opener uses x 365 days x 7 years and it equated to the 10,000 typical uses for the OEM springs. Being an ex-banker, I appreciated the exercise! Due to his overall professionalism and personableness, my wife and I had Dustin replace the other garage door springs and equipment. We thank Precision and Dustin for taking care of our garage door repairs promptly!

I have been totally impressed with the service from Precision Garage door. The doors are beautiful, quiet and are insulated. The installation technician was friendly and a good worker. After a few weeks I noticed a bump noise when the door closed. I contacted the company and within a couple of days a technician came and made the slightest adjustment, and the door is perfect. I am very happy with the service and the product.

The door was supposed to have been painted a hunter green and it was installed white. Does not match the house. Will have to paint it the correct color

When a customer orders a door from us, it is a big decision and investment and we do everything in our power to make sure the customer receives exactly what they want. In the case of the door style you selected, you were advised that the manufacturer wasn't making hunter green anymore. In the past when they did, it was only for a steel back insulated door, which you didn't not purchase. The color white was approved by you on your estimate, on the mock up picture we send you to re-confirm what you selected and when the door was scheduled to be installed. The white door was definitely not an error as you confirmed it and you were made aware that you would have to paint it, since we do not paint doors ourselves.
