Great response, mechanic arrived within 30 minutes of our call and fixed the broken spring in another45 minutes. Not sure why we were charged a $23 fuel surcharge when the mechanic arrived in less than 30 minutes from our call. He was not arriving by airplane.

The installer, his knowledge & his installation was absolutely excellent and he was here first thing the next day which was great because my car was trapped. But the up-charge for the parts and the labor charges were extremely expensive. Over $700 for 2 springs, long cross bar and wire spools for each side plus labor (he was here about an hour) is very hard to swallow. Especially on a fixed income. I will definitely shop around for better prices next time. Job should have been $400 tops!

I’ve been going through Precision Garage Door for several years since my home was built in 2015. Replacing a spring, key pad installed, tuneups, replacing a key pad and repairs with wiring and sensors. I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone I’ve worked with! They answer the phone every time I call and they have provided same day service. I will never go with any other garage door company.
