Had a bolt come loose from the tracking on a Friday night, made the whole thing inoperable, called Precision and they were here next morning (Saturday) and the technician was friendly and a real pro at his craft. He retorked all the bolts and lubed everything! All with no upcharge because it was Saturday. Competent, fast, friendly! We will always call Precision for our Garage door issues!

I received the monthly coupon package yesterday. I usually throw it or most of it away, but "Precision Garage Door' caught my eye. When I tried opening our garage door this morning, it had a big problem. I dug the phone # on the coupon out of the trash, called, and less than an hour later, Sam arrived! He checked it out, gave us an estimate, and finished the job before noon! Superior customer service, knowledge, friendliness, and comfort, in feeling like it was done right! I you help me with a problem with my garage door before and the service person did a good job and I heard from soneone else who had you and had a good experience. My problem this time was my wifes grandson put in a door opener for us but he could not get the door working right. I needed the opener checked to either fix it right or replace it. The service guy found out that the wiring was not done right and was able to get it working right. We were willing to have a new one put in so we had a working garage door and he fixed our problem by fixing the wiring and getting the button in the garage to work getting us controls for the cars and even connecting my wifes control in her car to open the opener. It ment slot to us and I think his name was jason did a great job for us. We are elderly and we appreciate some helping us out like that means alot to us.

We were very pleased from start to finish. It took awhile to get a replacement door mainly because the old door was 38 years old. We live un a townhome assoc. and if course the door as well as the paint needed to match. Perfection. Hunter the installer was on time and did. a great job.

We made an appointment for a tune-up. Good thing we did, as we needed to replace rollers, springs and other items. Kyle was wonderful, explained what needed to be done and showed us the issues. He gave us options which helped us make our decision for repairs and we did not have to make a follow-up appointment for repairs He stayed and completed all the repairs.

Maybe even wipe down the white inside of the door. People beware! Although very prompt response I was charged what felt like “Emergency Repair” price. Let these people do your quote. Don’t let them pressure you. Get other quotes. You’ll thank me.

We requested a technician to come for a routine check (or so we thought!) and one of our springs broke on the spot!. Kyle, the tech on site was absolutely awesome and professional. He explained our options and once we agreed on a plan, he fixed our garage door on the spot. He did an amazing job and we are absolutely satisfied with his customer service skills, knowledge, expertise and work ethic. They have a brand new service where you can apply for interest free financing from your phone that is enormously convenient. I highly recommend Precision door!!!

My garage door didn't seem stable after repair work was done in May, 2023. I called Precision Door Service since they performed the service in May. Bryce and Jake, two managers, came out to talk to me and review the work. Both were very professional. They then assigned a tech (Sam Campbell) to come out, same day, and do some additional work for no charge. All three representatives were top notch and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Precision Door Service provides 100% Customer Satisfaction and they sure did!
