Precision is a really great company! From start to finish, I had a really amazing experience. Although, it took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for an estimate because I believe they are really busy. Once they came out to do the estimate I was scheduled days later for installation. They really have great prices to fit your budget. The sales team came out and sat down with me to discuss options and addressed all of my questions. The installation team was AWESOME! Antwon and Jr called with their estimated arrival and came and completed the job as they anticipated. They even cleaned up behind themselves and took the time to show me how to use the new door and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you! AC

Tyler did a great job. He called to ask if it was ok to arrive earlier than the appointment since his previous appointment had completed. He was super courteous. He evaluated the situation, explained what he could see the issues were, showed me a detailed quote, and got right to work fixing the issues. The whole process didn't take very long. Precision installed our new garage door in 2018 and we had a good experience. That's why we called them now when our spring broke.

Brandon Phillips provided excellent service. He clearly explained the problems with the LiftMaster garage door opener. He provided me options, which were repair the old unit to purchasing a new unit. Once I understood my options, I decided to purchase a new unit since the cost of repairing the LiftMaster was not certain. Based on his experience installing both LiftMaster and Genie units, I decided to go with the Genie unit. Brandon provided me knowledge that will enable me to better take care of garage door and opener from now on. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Central Maryland for all of the my garage door needs in the future. No Confidence. Had a tech stop by and do an estimate, little more expensive than others but they were professional. Said the door was in stock, and installation was scheduled for Monday. That's where they dropped the ball! I took the day off, about mid-morning I called and I was not on the schedule. I took the rest of the day for someone to get back to me and all I got was an apology. No discount or anything for the inconvenience. They finally showed up the next day and completed the job. Tech did a good job. If you are considering them shop around, not the best value for what they charge. I get sick whenever I see the commercial on TV now!
