The young man who installed my garage door opener was wonderful! He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable about his work. He found a problem with the opener device and fixed it so I did not have to get a replacement. He explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. He cleaned everything up and left the garage looking good.

When a spring broke, a friend in Georgia recommended Precision Door. When I read local reviews, our neighbor left a 5-star review. We got a same day appointment and Eric called when he was en route and arrived on time. After he inspected the garage door and its components, it was clear we needed more than just a spring to extend the life of the door. Eric went over options and explained his rationale without pressuring us to go all in, but his recommendations were sound and made sense when we visually looked at the inadequate and/or worn and failing parts. He performed the repairs in about an hour and the improvements were immediately noticeable; our garage door has never been this quiet.
