Precision Garage Door is always quick, professional and responsive. We started using the company a few years ago to repair old garage doors and were able to get a few extra years out of them. We recently replaced our doors with Precision and continue to be impressed with the company's responsiveness and integrity. The technicians are friendly, knowledgable and work efficiently. We often get same day or next day service when needed. I highly recommend using Precision Doors

I got locked out out of my garage door, because when precision install my garage door, they never connected the cable to disengage the door manually they did not want to take responsibility telling me that my motor was bad and they had to break the door and install a new one and they were going to charge me $850 dollars for there sloppy installation.

Eddie Torres, did a great job but unfortunately the doors were measured improperly and the job could not be completed because a new wider panel needs to be ordered. I stayed home all day and now need to be here again as you have a 4 hour window. I will leave you a star rating of 3 until the job is completed. Thanks and hopefully I will see you soon. Daryl did a great job with getting our (heavy) garage door back into operation. Rather than simply purchasing a single coil spring, he convinced me that it would be well worth it to do an overhaul (Springs, bearings, cables, drums, etc). He was thorough, quick and had everything picked up within an hour.

Our custom-sized, wooden garage door rotted and we needed to get it replaced. We called 3 different companies for estimates. Precision Doors was by far the most professional (and the only one to provide a written estimate for us). The came out and took the measurements. The technician then explained everything to us(what kind of door we'd be getting, what needed to be replaced, etc.) The installer showed up promptly at 8:00 am. He explained to me what he was going to do today and gave me an estimated time to completion. He finished right on time. He showed me everything he had done, how everything worked. Most importantly, he took away the old door/equipment and left the garage as clean as when he got there. We are very satisfied with our new door. Precision Door was by far the most professional of the 3 companies we called. We would highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Our old 19 year old door opener was nearing its end so by doing some research on who to call I came up with Precision due to the number of excellent reviews I read. Dylan arrived right on time for our appointment and after first checking our setup including the torsion bars and the double doors, gave us a full and presentation of what was available. We went with Liftmaster and backup battery. The price including taking out the old one and setting up the new one was given before anything was done. In a little more than an hour it was done. Dylan then took the time to explain how everything works and added some extra work on lubricating the wheels that run along the channel. Precision are top notch when it comes to door openers and Dylan was excellent.

This was my first experience using Precision Garage Door. While other garage door companies quoted appointments 2-3 weeks out, Precision's appointment was within 48 hours. The technician, Dylan, called to say he was on his way and he was right on time. His work was excellent and he explained everything he did. Although the job was to replace the 2 springs on one garage door, he greased and adjusted the settings on both garage doors. I will use Precision again and recommend them to my family and friends.
