Our new vehicle was stolen from our locked garage. Chris not only repaired the damage to the door, but installed a gadget that will make it more difficult for a novice to break in. He was timely, courteous, friendly, and personal and professional. Not only are we pleased by him, two of our visitors requested his card so that they too can have their garages make more secure. Chris was prompt, explained our options, and appears to have done a very good job on our repair. Everything good except that before he started we asked for a senior or AAA discount , and we understood him to say he would give us one. When I gave him a check for the originally quoted charge I forgot to ask for the discount. Is a discount still available?

We chose Precision because we had used them before to repair our original garage door. This time we used them to install a new garage door. The ordering process was clear and simple, even though we ordered a non-standard color (black) and windows. Despite our new door being a custom order, installation was completed within a couple weeks. We were given an installation date in advance and our technician (Eric) and his crew were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and skilled. Our new door looks and operates great. Eric did a thorough job of explaining all operating and maintenance matters.
