Complete ripoff. I blindly trusted the company and went ahead with the repair. They charged me 824$ for replacing 2 springs which is ridiculous. I also blame myself for not doing enough research beforehand but both my cars were stuck in the garage I did not have much choice. All I can say is that I believe in KARMA and at the end it will take care of everything.

Brett Warful did an exceptional job this afternoon repairing our aging garage door, giving it new life. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and went right to work, resolving the issue. He was very thorough, super informative and very kind as he answered each of my dumb questions. He even took the time to teach me how to trouble shoot the issue if it arises again in the future. We spoke about acquiring a new garage door in the early spring (2024) so he left me several brochures to help us with our future decisions. Top Notch Service! Appointment was set with a polite and on point attendant! Joe the technician called before and was actually ahead of schedule. Joe cleary explained what was needed to be repair the system. Also did a thorough job of explaining options to get the most from the repair and add life to the system. We decided to have the seven year guarantee system upgrade to enhance performance and add longevity to the system. Bar none, the best service experience we've had in our 20+ years in out home!! Joe and Matt provided excellent service during our garage door unit replacement. We called in the morning and they were able to come the same day and even called to see if they could arrive ahead of schedule. They provided photos and explained in detail as to the issue with our opener unit. Joe explained all of our replacement options including the benefits and differences and his own experience. Once the new unit was installed, Joe helped to ensure that the MyQ app was installed and that we understood how to use along with the new wall unit. I hardly know where to start. The garage door opener was working off and on and making a clicking sound. I never knew if it would work or not. Fortunately, I did get the car out and moved to the other side. I called Precision and had an appointment within hours. In fact, the technician was able to come before the scheduled appointment. He was so very nice, kind, and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it within a very short time. He gave me some tips on other things to do like buy a surge protector and the correct kind of light bulb to use. I would recommend Precision 100 percent to anyone.
