EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of service provided today, and frustrated I even had to pay for the service. The technician did not follow instructions, did not contact the correct person for cost approval and laughed at us on the phone when asked about it. Why was I expected to just pay outright when he didn't even follow directions? When I called the office, nothing was even done to correct the tech's behavior. How can he get away with being disrespectful to a new client? The lack of communication and the inability to follow direction is so unprofessional. After getting off the phone, I find out from another family member the tech's didn't even fix the issue on their own, one of my family member's had to help!!!!

We are very sorry if you misunderstood the technician to be disrespectful. As the door was 10 ft high a commercial technician was called to assist. I tried 4 other garage door service companies whose online ads stated they had "EMERGENCY" service response but none of them were available. Becoming frustrated as it was approaching 7:00 on a Friday evening and my door was fully open and would not close, I was fortunate to contact Precision. A technician arrived within the hour. Frankie was very professional, diagnosed the problem, quoted me a reasonable price and had my door operating good as new by 9:15. I highly recommend everyone place Precision at the top of their call list, as I have, to avoid wasting time dealing with other so-called emergency service "providers" who simply don't provide the service. Thank you Frankie!!!!!! and thank you Precision for truthful advertising!!!!

Rick came up with a solution so we didn’t have to replace our opener (still in decent condition) with our 50 year old door. He explained the estimate and I was surprised he arrived to install it also! They arrived on time, cleaned everything up afterwards and made sure we were happy before leaving. Our experience today with Precision was an example of how complete customer satisfaction is achieved. Cordial,professional personnel who took the call,answered our questions and scheduled our service appointment. A well trained professional arrived on time, equipped and trained to perform the service. Arnold did not waste his time or ours. He engaged in cheerful conversation, answering questions along the way and explained everything completely. I asked him to inspect something which he graciously did and when I asked about scheduling an additional appointment for some extra work, he replied he could do it immediately!! The work area was cleaned up and all trash disposed before he left. He even did a general lubrication of all the systems. This is a quality service provider. Highly recommended.

Quick and excellent service. Was able to make same day appointment within few hours. Technician went right to work and diagnosed the problem immediately. After a evaluation make some quick adjustments and stated no charge due to minor adjustment.
