Ryan was awesome explained to me in detail what he was going to do to remedy the problem. He was courteous and friendly and listened to my complaints and answered all my questions. Told him this was the third company I called the other one didn’t respond back and the other one diagnosed problem over phone which was not even close to be accurate and that’s after they cancelled on me twice. Highly recommend Ryan and Precision garage door service. Purchased a sensor but not an option on the list

We experienced a problem recently with our original 1999 installed garage door opener after purchasing our home in mid September. I contacted Precision Door Service Company the next day after the garage door became inoperable. The staff was very polite and accommodating in the need for addressing our problem. They arranged for a technician to come the same day of my call. Upon arriving, Luke clearly explained the options and replaced the opener. He had all supplies in his vehicle and did the new install in a timely manner. Luke explained the operation and warranty. Thank you for the quick service and peace of mind.

When our garage door opener was due for a replacement, we turned to Precision Garage Door Company since they replaced our previous opener in a quality manner. Since our garage is located below our master bedroom, it was important to find a replacement that ran quietly when the door was in operation. After meeting with Precision, we decided on a Lift Master Belt driven opener. Although the expense for the best model was higher than the basic opener, it provided what we needed with a few extra features. Having a charged battery to allow the door to operate when the power goes out, and a bright LED light with an on and off sensor, etc. were features we wanted. Precision did a thorough job with the installation, and the staff had excellent contact with us throughout. I was unable to use the key pad to open my garage door. I also wanted general maintenance done to be sure it is working properly. Your garage door expert, Luke, was polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. This is my first garage door experience, and I am thankful that Luke explained the door's functions in detail. I appreciate the time he spent repairing the communication board, which allowed the key pad to begin working properly. The email and text updates are a helpful tool. I gave a 5 star rating for their outstanding service. The ordering process was great. I opted to call versus order online. My call was answered in less than a minute. The representative listened to my concerns and explained what was to take place. We booked a convenient time and the Technician (Lucas) arrived promptly. He went to work addressing my concerns and explained his observations along the way. When he was finished, my issues were resolved. He installed new nylon rollers, inspected and lubricated all moving parts and recommended that I contact the original installer for a possible warranty issue. Please note that you will pay a premium price for their service; however, I have to admit that it was worth it.

My repairman, Brian, did a great job fixing my garage door, which had a broken spring and was no longer opening. I booked my service appointment online, which I liked because I could easily pick my day and timeframe. Brian arrived and completed the work all within that selected timeframe. He also took the time to explain to me the various parts of the garage door and which items did or did not need to be replaced. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment. Another fabulous job by Ryan M! Ryan installed a door opener in November 2021 and we were finally able to have him come back to install the other one in March 2023. I must say that Ryan is the only reason why we installed a second door opener. He clearly pointed out that even we continued to use the door manually that it was not safe because the cable was worn. We hadn't been using the door at all since he told us that the last time so the door was basically useless. Even though the cost of the installation went up significantly since the last one, I had full confidence because I trusted Ryan to do the job again as perfectly as the first time. Again, he's so polite and friendly and makes you feel comfortable and explains every detail! He's very knowledgeable and an expert in this field for sure! We chose the belt driven model again because it's quiet below our bedroom. Also, my back thanks Ryan and Precision Door for never having to open either door manually ever again! You're the best Ryan!
