Quick response time - Lewis Rodriguez got here in under an hour. He saved the day. My garage doors and cables were pretty warn out and had no safety mechanism so could have snapped at any moment. He was very thorough. Offered several different options. Was very professional. Finished work quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door stopped operating completely. We contacted Precision who sent a technician within 2 days. Marlon was very professional. He checked the springs, the door, the remote and anything else related to the operation of door. Well, due to the opener being over 25 years old, the entire operating system needed to be replaced (as expected). We were shown the options that were available and descriptions of the differences. Marlon immediately went to work. He installed the new opener, programmed the remote controls, helped me set up the keypad and showed me other optional features that I still need to set up. He took the old opener and springs and left no mess. I highly recomend Precision and would use them again.

The service was excellent! George called in advance to inform me when he will be at my location. He installed my new garage door opener, and it was professionally done where everything looked very neat. George also inspected and noted that my garage door springs where stretched, and the pulleys were below grade pulleys to the point where they needed replacement. Because he showed me the worn parts and explained the issue, I agreed to have him change them. At the end, he spent the time to help program the new opener and he cleaned up everything including taking the old opener. They are my new garage door company!
