I called for service to repair my garage door. The company sent someone the very same day! The service repairman’s name was Fred. He was very hospitable and explained what the issue was right away! The springs had broken. He had the tools and equipment to fix it while he was here. Fred was very efficient and had the garage fixed in no time! I recommend them for their prompt and efficient service!

over priced - service guy was here less then 10 mins. to reattach the cable - then expected a tip! charged a service call of 85 and then labor of 125 - gave two stars because he was on time.......

My garage door stopped working unexpectedly as my fiancée was headed to work. It turned out that the springs needed to be replaced. The team member that I spoke with at Precision Door Service on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I was told to expect someone between 1pm and 3pm. I was super lucky that someone was in the area and he showed up before 11am! John was extremely nice and was willing to share a few tidbits on garage door maintenance. I am beyond grateful for everyone’s assistance. I highly recommend this company!

Well....I can't sing enough praises about Precision and the service they provide. I closed my garage door on Saturday evening, and it would not open again even when I tried to open it manually. On Monday, I called Precision at 1:10 pm and was given a repair between 2:00 and 4:00 that very day. At 1:47 pm John the service technician called to say he would be there in 5 minutes and he was true to his word. He quickly assessed the problem, (broken spring) and replaced the springs and then gave me a lesson on how to lubricate and maintain the springs, bearings, and hinges to prevent future damage. John is not only professional and knowledgeable but also polite and friendly. Precision is very lucky to have him on their team and not only am I a permanent customer but will also "spread the word" about their work and recommend John as the technician to ask for.

Fred, the installer was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He seems to be a good employee. My only complaint is about the answering service who said someone would call me the next morning when they open at 7:00 AM. When I called back at 7:30 AM the service said that the office doesn't open until 8:00. At 8:30 I called and spoke to Mary - who had not received ANY message from the answering service. You need to replace them if you are not receiving messages.
