The only item I have an issue with is the door is not flush with the ground and the tech told us we needed to go buy a Thresh hold seal from Home depot and install it. There is a crack between the ground and air is getting in. We paid about $3,200 dollars why would we have to buy this when this was not the problem before. I really do not think this should be on us to complete this process. I would hope your company would resolve this for us

I couldn't be happier with the work Paul from Precision Door did. He went far above and beyond in repairing my ancient solid wood garage door. One of the extension springs broke and I could not find the size that I needed anywhere. Paul sourced the appropriate springs, replaced all the damaged bracketed and pulleys and has it beautifully balance and running better than it has since I owned the house. All while trying to keep costs low as possible. There isn't enough stars to give Paul and his efforts.

I just had a minor concern but they got me in the same day and then my technician, Paul Broschk, called and asked if he could come earlier. Great customer service and the work done was fantastic. I ended up going with a new Liftmaster door opener and Paul was so professional and thorough when describing my options. I would give ten stars and recommend this company to everyone I know.

Called on Friday morning, scheduled 2-4pm that afternoon Technician (Gregory) called, running ahead of schedule, asked if just after 12 would be convenient, confirmed. Arrived 12:15, inspected garage door springs, gave estimate which I approved, job completed 12:45 (replaced both overhead springs). Fast, efficient, courteous service at a reasonable price! Very satisfied!

My experience with Precision has exceeded every expectation! I called in the morning and they arrived by 1 pm. John was very professional and thorough in all his explanations and when he took the hardware off he was spot on with everything that went wrong! He explained the repair, costs, and my options. My doo was fixed within 2 hours and it runs even better now than it ever did! John even calibrated the motor, made adjustments to the chain, and lubricated all the hinges. AND he explained to me how to maintain the springs and hinges with silicone. I could not be more satisfied with the service! John is now my "go to" guy for garage door repairs. You will not be disappointed with this company!!

Was pleasantly surprised. Is a well run company that gets things done efficiently. I received an email right after making the appointment which provided the details of my appointment and included a photo of the technician, Anthony, who would be doing the work. I was able to get an appointment within an hour and a half of making my phone call and received a call when Anthony was on his way here. The work was done quickly and efficiently. After having trouble with our garage door opening we called Precision garage door service. Al ( our technician) came out within a couple hours of our call.
