We got same day service on our garage door. Justin explained the repair process up front along with the estimate, got right to work, and had the door overhauled within 1.5 hours. I contacted Precision, first, because I had a new vehicle and could not get the garage door opener programmed without climbing a rickety step ladder, but second, because our doors and openers are more than 20 years old and I knew that they probably needed servicing. I told the person answering the phone that it was not an emergency, so just whenever. She responded, "How about tomorrow between 11 and 1?" The repair person called ahead of time and arrived at about 11:15. By about 12:45, he was finished, with both cars and garage door openers programmed as well as refurbished garage door mechanisms. I could not have imagined this would be so easily accomplished! Thanks to the courteous, efficient, and effective staff at Precision! Adam and his co-worker called and asked if they could come EARLY for our installation of our new garage door! They showed up at the exact time they said they would and explained it should only take about an hour. One hour and six minutes later we had a beautiful, sturdy and completely sealed garage door installed. They explained the maintenance and how to perform it. Before they left, my garage and driveway were cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs. From my first phone call to the installation everything went very smoothly.

Josh called before coming, and he was right on time. He was most cordial and professional. He diagnosed the problem with my opener and checked on the availability of parts for a 19 year old unit. We decided my best option was to replace the opener, and when I asked Josh what he thought about replacing the other opener in my garage, he didn't try to convince me to do that unless I chose to do so. I appreciated his honesty.

The A+ rating from BBB made me comfortable in calling. I had the seals on the bottom of my two garage doors replaced. I called about 9 am and had repairs to door done by 11:30am. Excellent service and competent, friendly installer. Couldn't have been a better experience. I would definitely rate it 5.
