My garage door was making a loud popping sound when opening the door. I have seen commercials and a search on line showed good reviews. I called and got an appointment the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable informed me of problems he saw then educated me about repairs needed. The repair cost was twice what I was expecting but I guess with inflation it could be about average. I did get a military discount and they wavied the service fee. Door opens very quite now and got a 3 year warranty.

The reviews were correct! We had a spring break on our garage door and being a handyman around the house, it was hard to call for help. These folks were professional at every step of the process! From the phone call the day before the 4th of July to the appointment confirmation, to the hour it took to rebuild my old door mechanisms completely. The old adage of good, fast, cheap (pick only two) was right, but I would much rather have the right parts installed safely by someone with experience quickly than try to get it done cheaper without a warranty and have to rebuild again in a few years. Mike Hall was a very skilled young man, and I highly recommend his work to anyone in the area!

Chris arrived within 30 minutes. He was courteous and professional throughout the visit. He was fully familiar with how to fix what had happened with the door. He gave me two options for the repair. He replaced the wheels, springs, bearings, cables, and strengthened the door within 2 hours. The door works better than it ever has and has a 5-year warranty. This is my second time working with Precision Garage Door and would go back to them again.

The Estimator that came out was very honest and up front. Informing me that I would need to have someone else look at it. The reason being that it needed some more bracing and they didn’t do any fabrication. He gave me the name of a few other companies but was not for sure if they would travel this far out. The garage door system we purchased from Precision in 2014 needed some maintenance and replacement of the bottom seals on both doors. The technician was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Both doors are operating as smoothly and quietly as when they were first installed. The tech and his trainee came in, quickly assessed my current set up, made recommendations and options. I knew my door opener was circling the drain and wanted it replaced. He had the equipment on his truck, gave a fair quote and time for replacement (one hour) and I said let’s make it happen. They got right to work quickly, I could see right away that my tech was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I made comment on how impressed I was with him and his patient way he was also doing his training. The work was done quickly and expertly and far exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the work that was done from start to finish. 100% recommend.

Our Garage Door Spring broke, I called and less than an hour later, Michael was here, I live in Kingston Tennessee, Michael was all the way in North Knoxville on his way home, in high winds and pouring rain, he turned around in rush hour traffic, and was here in about in 40 mins, he is so professional, caring and efficient, he worked so hard and steady, wouldn't even accept a cold soda, God Bless you all! Love the work, and it looks better than when it was new! Thank you Michael for being so caring about Senior Citizens, can I adopt you? Thank you also for fixing the door opener! And the spring is great!

I called the company that installed my door opener and they did not schedule repairs after 3 weeks of my call. I contacted Precision and they were able to schedule repairs the same day! The technician called ahead to verify my opener model to ensure he had the parts on hand and to verify the time. He arrived on time, was very professional, did the job, and shared some tips on routine maintenance regarding lubrication of hinges and spring (that was obvious I had not been doing).
