So glad I got the maintenance agreement on my garage door. Less than 24 hours after my call, Brandon quickly replaced a bolt/nut that had come loose. He checked every other aspect of the opener and lubricated all the moving parts. He made sure there were no other issues before he left. Excellent technician and service.

Two gentlemen, Josh and John came and inspected our 3 years old door, they oiled it. They suggested that we may need a new opener as ours is now 20 years old. Will wait and see. Both men were very nice. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement. Thanks

The garage door spring broke. I called Precision door at 8am they had someone at the house at 10:30. Jason was amazing. He was very professional, gave me three options to choose from. Other companies gave us the runaround. We called Precision and a technician showed up less than an hour later and took care of everything! We had a door that was stuck half open due to a broken spring and some other issues. We also needed new openers installed. Jonathan worked late into the night and resolved all of our garage problems, and for a very reasonable price.

The sales person who gave me an estimate was awesome. When he found out I was price motivated he told me about doors they have in stock that they discount. I found the perfect door -- exactly what I would have ordered -- at a great price. Their custom selection is also quite extensive. The installer was equally awesome. I had some aesthetic concerns about the installation and the installer took special care to address them.

What I wanted was replacement extension springs for an existing door. When quoted, the cost was similar to a new torsion system. I elected to go with the torsion system from your company even though your quote was over $100.00 higher. Your warranty being transferable was important since I am within 6 months of selling the house. Mr. Christensen was very professional and dealt well with the numerous questions that I asked. He did an excellent job on the installation.

Brian was our salesman. He came out exactly when he promised. Did a thorough inspection and clearly explained the options for repair or a new door. No pressure at all, very good sales experience. Aaron was our installer. Awesome job. Let me know he was on his way...showed up on time. Did a fantastic job installing the new door! Even answered all my dumb questions. Great experience. By only disappointment (and not that big of a deal) is that the door took 4 weeks to come in. So I had to live with a non -functioning door for a month...but it's all good now, because the new door is in and works/looks great!
