The young man arrived in the expected appointment time. He resolved the problem and did a complete service of the garage door. The problem arose from an inability to remove a battery from the wireless keypad resulting in breaking one of the battery contacts making it impossible for me to remove the remaining contact stuck in the connector. All is now well, thank you to your young technician.
