Dre came out at 10 pm after being triple booked for my time slot of 4-6 pm. He apologized profusely but honestly I was glad he came. He fixed my garage door and gave out a thorough inspection. GIVING A ONE BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE A ZERO. GIVEN ONE PRICE WHEN CALLED FOR ESTIMATE BUT WHEN SERVCIE AS DONE TOOK EVERY BIT OF 5 MINUTES TO DO TH GUY WANTED TO CHARGE ME OVER 400.00 TO JUST PUT A SPRING OVER THE GARAGE DOOR. I HAD LOOKED UP THE PTICE OF THE SPING AND BRACKETS ON LINE WHICH WAS 35.00 FOR THE SET. AND HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME 400.00
