My need for a nearly same-day appointment was accommodated, and although any company can promise you the moon, Precision followed through at the time of appointment. The technician arrived exactly on time, repaired the work that was needed within an hour, and did not insist on upselling me with uneccessary features. Thank you very much for your work.

I give 5 stars for the techs friendliness, workmanship and professionalism. I give 1 star for the company’s prices. I moved forward with all quoted work as I needed the door to work but I feel I paid close to double the price of any other company. Springs, barrings, rollers and new opener for $1600.
