Josue was on time, called before he arrived, courtesy, through in his inspection of the old opener, and in the explanation of the new opener. He removed the old one, installed the new one, cleaned up everything, help me set up the app and test it on my phone, and was gone in 2 hours. I called him when I couldn't get something to work, he answered my question, and all is well. The service was awesome.

I have an 19 year old, 18 foot wide, very heavy garage door that had been giving me trouble for some time. I had the original installer, a well known garage door company, out to correct problems. Improvements were marginal and did not last. Technician didn't seem to know what he were doing and just replaced random parts. I called Precision hoping for a better result. Josue was assigned to the job. Josue is a professional. He went over the door in detail. He identified numerous problems and explained each with clarity and detail. (Some problems had obviously been caused by the tech who worked on the door previously.) He corrected each problem in order of severity. The only parts replaced clearly needed replacement. Safety was emphasized at each step. It has been four months since the service was performed and the door still works perfectly. I recommend Precision (and particularly Josue) to anyone needing garage door service.

Joshua Kesler came out to replace my torsion springs, rollers and bearing on my garage door. He was very professional and obviously knew what he was doing. I was surprised that Precision took evening appointments. Joshua showed up at about 7 PM and went right to work. An hour and a half later, my garage door is fixed and actually works better than before and is much quieter as well! Very satisfied.

Needed a major garage door repair on a Sunday. Precision was able to send someone within a couple hours and completed the work the same day. Service tech Ryan had to perform a rebuild of the hoisting mechanisms and correct mistakes made by the original installer! He was friendly, informative, and honest. I am very happy to recommend Precision to anyone. Frosting on the cake was a 10 yr. warranty of the work!

I have to say this company was outstanding! Professional in every way. The manager Patrick called me and took care of a problem that we over looked and then said "the cost is on me!" "We should have caught that issue!" In this day and age when most off us can't drop a couple grand on a project, it's acre at filling when a company looks out for the consumer. They also went on to put a door on my friends house.
