Stone came in, spotted the problem, and fixed it in no time. Key to his service was the thorough safety inspection that he did. His assessment of the broken garage door opening-closing system was right on target. He provided me with three options. The system was old and it needed a complete rebuild. That's the route we took. "Kevin" arrived at my house, promptly (within the timeframe expected), pleasant in demeanor, and took the time to "listen" to my description of garage door 'symptoms'/issues I was experiencing. From start-to-finish, "Kevin" was a Professional. It was apparent throughout his project of repairing and making my garage door mechanics/mechanisms whole and functioning properly again, his end objective was for a positive customer outcome & experience. "Kevin" even solidified this with an unexpected personal follow-up visit the very next morning with him citing "...on my way to...just wanted to double-check and see how the (repaired garage) door is doing...". I was in a bind in the middle of the day with a garage door that would not open after a torsion spring spontaneously broke, and I couldn't get my cars out of the garage. I quickly found Precision online and verified their A+ Better Business Bureau rating then gave them a call. The dispatcher recognized the urgency of the situation, and although a service member was going to be available that afternoon, she put a special note in describing my predicament and someone was at my house in about an hour. Problem solved, thanks to my technician named Stone that got to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and explained the situation patiently in a way that revealed a high level of expertise. Thank you to all involved!

Precision is on it! I called about 9am for appointment to repair garage door. Stone was onsite by about 11:15am. He pointed out tension spring broke. He had parts on hand, and fixed by about noon. Our old garage door opener was weakening and the door had become VERY noisy because of age and a loose spring. While we contracted with Precision for a new opener with battery backup, our technician, Stone, gave us several options for needed repairs/refurbishing. We chose the most expensive option - and the end result is that everything other than the actual door itself is brand new. Stone was professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained all the new features of our updated opener. He installed the lightbulbs I supplied in the opener, and he activated the Home Link on both of our cars. We could not be more pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Precision! And kudos to Stone for a great job!

04/27/21 - My technician today was Max. Max inspected the entire garage door system and assessed correctly that a complete extension overhaul was required. He thoroughly explained the function of all of the components that were either broken or were worn out. He took the time to answer all of my questions as the work was being performed. After the work was completed the garage door performed as it did when it was new (20 years ago). Max is a very conscientious and professional technician who knows his trade. Would recommend him highly without any reservation to any of my neighbors. In fact, I will be doing just that. Thanks Max!

My husband and I are always happy to see Patrick here. We had several problems that were no problems at all for Patrick! He showed me how to insert the battery into the Garage Door device that I use in my auto and it turned out that I had inserted it incorrectly. Then he discovered that the reason why the garage door was not closing was simply because we had failed to dust or wipe off the door lights at the bottom of the garage door. And then he gave us a price on inserting a new gasket at the bottom of the double garage door but he said it was not probably necessary. Most of these were our mistakes and he was able to fix them for us. Thank you to Patrick and to Precision Garage Door for hiring someone like Patrick.

I have rarely written online reviews but felt compelled to post something based on my experience with Precision over the past 24 hours. I called to schedule an appointment to have my noisy, lurching garage door repaired and received a next-day appointment. On the day of the appointment Suzanne proactively reached out to me to let me know that they were missing a technician today due to an illness. The other techs were picking up his appointments. So Max calls 20 minutes before he arrives - only slightly outside the window of my scheduled time slot. Max was a consummate professional and overhauled both garage doors (replaced lift and safety springs, new pulleys, rollers, loop springs, re-torqued, lubed and adjusted my existing garage door openers). What a transformation! Opening and closing the doors is now super quiet and silky smooth! This company is fantastic.

I cannot speak highly enough of your technician Max. He worked nonstop from 8 to 11 PM to replace the rod and springs on our broken garage door and made comprehensive repairs and adjustments. I watched him for about half of that time and marveled at the joy that he takes in his craft. He is a true craftsman, as well as a real gentleman. He even adjusted the guide lights of our door opener for us. The garage door has never opened as cleanly and quietly as it does now. Ours is an old 20+ years door that will now last several more years thanks to Max; and when it comes time to replace it, we know who to call. Very, very impressed.
