Jeff and his staff at Precision Door were pleasant and good to work with. Choosing a correct color via computer is almost impossible. He brought by hard samples for us to select our door, and it changed our choice. Technicians communicate and show up as appointed. Good job by all.

When my garage door opener quit working, and I was unable to reach the control to disconnect from the chain, I was unable to get my car out of the garage. Kenny with Precision came out, disconnected the door, ordered the new opener and the installation was complete by early afternoon. These folks care! I'll be working with them in the future. A great experience!

Precision installed a new QUIET garage door opener for us 6 years ago. They did an excellent job then, and the one time since then that I had a problem they were right there with a solution. I trusted that they would do the same with a different garage door problem, and wanted an estimate to replace an old opener with one of their product lines. Price was excellent when compared to competitors; technician was proficient and professional (as I had expected) as well as personable very good at explaining all, of my options. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone in need of new installation or repair of existing equipment.
