After called 3 other companies, I can say I was pleasantly surprised that the lady who took my call and arranged the dispatch was very efficient and friendly. (Sherrie?) She was willing to provide a timeframe where I would not have to drive after dark. The technician, Carl, called in advance to let me know his estimated time of arrival, arrived on time, and handled my issue professionally. He offered advice to prevent future problems. The rate was reasonable for the service call. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

One of their specialists, Hunter, called and was able to fit me in early on the way to another appt. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional & fast. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He gave me options and showed where each would fit into my particular issue. My door operation is better than it's ever been...and so much quieter. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Tucker arrived right on time and made the repair (replacement) to one of the roller tracks in a very efficient manner. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and got right down to business. I highly recommend this business for garage door installation (they installed the garage door in Jan 2020) and any needed repairs. I think they were very reasonable on cost, as well.

Technician showed up on time with the name of the company clearly visible on his shirt. He was courteous and we went over what my garage issue was. Then the Tech went to work and had the issue resolved in about an hour. He then went over what he did. Price was previously quoted to me by the company BEFORE the technician even showed up on the next day and it was agreed upon by both parties. I will use this company again.

Outstanding job by Hunter Taylor. I was given multiple options for the repair. The repair I chose involved replacing the under-sized spring with a dual spring, along with new drums and rollers. In spite of the extensive repair, he was able to complete the job in approximately 1 hr. Hunter called prior to the appointment saying the he was running ahead and wanted to know if it was okay if he showed up early. He was efficient, thorough, polite, and professional - I could not have asked for better service. This is my third engagement with Precision Door (they have repaired two other garage doors), and they perform quality repairs that are priced reasonably, and they stand behind their work. They've earned a customer for life.

I can't go on enough about this company! I called just this morning and had my service visit scheduled the same day after I got off work. Their latest appointments are from 6-8 which is fantastic! I had the pleasure of meeting Justin C for my service and repair. He diagnosed and corrected my problem very quickly. During the repair he also spoke to me about future things that my unit might need and what to look out for. He also checked my garage unit as a whole to make sure that I needed no other service. After he left, I realized I had forgotten to check to make sure my light on the unit was working, and of course it wasn't. One quick call and Justin turned around and CAME BACK. Turns out I didn't have a bulb in there at all and put one in for me. If you need a company do garage door work USE THIS COMPANY. You won't regret it.
