Heath Burlison the technician came out earlier than scheduled and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and very good at what he did. He changed out my Chain Rail and Gear & Sprocket Chain Drive to my garage door very quickly and tuned up the rollers. He had supplies ready for my repair and worked quickly and efficiently. My door was repaired very fast it was noisy before but now is the quietest door in the neighborhood. I am very impressed with the service that I received. Thank you, we appreciate your hard work and diligence. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service of Huntsville to anyone needing any type of.

We can't say enough about how much we appreciate Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. We have used their service in the past and called them again because of a problem with our single car garage door. Brent, the tech, called to let us know he was on his way. Turned out to be a minor problem with the electric eye wiring. Brent thoroughly explained what needed to be done and went straight to work to fix it. Brent even went as far as to lubricate the rollers and hinges on both garage doors. 5 star service all the way around. We highly recommend them if anyone needs service on their garage doors in the future.

I had a garage door spring break, which caused damage to my door. Upon inspection, I knew it would need replacement. For the damage assessment, Heath came out. He was timely, knowledgeable and polite. He also gave me a fair estimate, below other offerors. The parts were ordered, then John and Justyn came for the install, again, on time, professional, courteous and efficient. They even touched up my second garage, providing Lube and a small adjustment to ensure longevity of the system. All in all, great job by all three gentlemen. Highly recommend this company and team. Bravo Zulu!

We had a spring snap on one of our garage doors over the Labor Day weekend. We were able to get on the Precision Door website and set up an appointment via their chat feature for Tuesday. Justin Collier was our technician. He was on time and very knowledgeable. We also had our 2nd door assessed and found a failing bracket on it. So, Justin did several maintenance items, as well as general service of weather stripping, lubrication, etc. We have used many overhead door service providers and found Precision to be the most responsive and reliable. First class company!

I had become very frustrated with my new garage door opener remotes. They just did not have any range. We've had service calls on this in the past but no real resolution.
