I would like to thank Mr. Stephen Reliford, who was the tech on site. Stephen, was very professional and very knowledgeable on the system. After only a few minutes of evaluation he made all the required adjustments and the Garage Door Opener was working again. He even went the extra step to see if a key-fob type remote would pair with my system. Guys like Stephen Reliford, is what keeps me with Precision Door.

The technician assigned was a pleasure to do business with us. Extremely polite extremely knowledgeable. I went through my problems, he spotted the potential issues in each one then went ahead with his service call to performed a check out of the entire system. He found one major problem quickly, which was a worn bushing in the drive gear for the chain, which was solved by installing a new bushing and lubricating it in less than 15 minutes. He then completed the service on the other issues, and even rewired one of the sensors which was causing a problem. He completed all the work in half an hour and provided me with a bill that included discounts from coupons that I get. I would say his service and knowledge and courtesy, were all head and shoulders above most service organizations. A This point I give precision five stars plus.

I called Precision Garage Door Service for a checkup on our garage door…something just wasn’t right. We’d used them in the past and had excellent service. They sent me a text and email introducing me to the technician who would be coming to perform the service…with an accurate photo and name. When Stephen Reliford called to say he was 20 minutes out…I already knew who I was talking to. This is the only time I have ever received a photo of any technician in advance…but I really liked that – an extra measure of protection for the customer. Really nice! AND, so was Stephen! He told me what he was going to do, then did it, and then found the thing that wasn’t quite right. He gave me a few options to consider, told me what was working well, and what to expect in the future. This gives us time for some advance planning – I appreciate that. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. If you are lucky enough, you too can meet Stephen for super professional service … who’s also a pretty nice guy to boot!

We were very impressed with the skill and efficiency of of our tech. We had several issues--the garage door had originally been installed with only one spring; the door would not close unless we manually pressed and held the closer control until the door was completely down. The tech was able to diagnose the issues, repair them, and even had the part to upgrade our closer so it automatically closes the door after a timed delay. Great service!

Our technician (Chandler) was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a fantastic job explaining our issues, options, and prices. In no way did I ever feel pressured into selecting a more expensive option. I was impressed how quickly he worked and his repair has our door opening easier and quieter than every (replaced a spring, added a second spring, and swapped out our rollers with nylon versions). Very happy to be a new customer!
