From beginning to end, A+! Dispatchers provided excellent customer service. Appreciate them calling me and informing me Braxton, service tech, had finished a job early and could come a little earlier. Great for me! They even sent a text, beforehand, showing who Braxton was and even where he grew up and some of his hobbies. Appreciate this personalization! He showed up on time, assessed the problem, and quickly took corrective action. He even provided recommendations for future work that I may want to get done. After he left, he emailed me the invoice, along with the recommendations we had discussed earlier. Braxton has a great personality and knows his craft! He's going to be my go-to guy! I'll definitely be using them in the future and recommend Precision Door Service to EVERYONE!

I chose PD because they were local and had a good rating. I called a different company two days prior (the company who installed the door) and they didn't call me back. PD had a cancellation the following morning, fortunately, as I had an inoperable door. Chandler showed up on time, I got multiple messages stating he was on his way, and he got right to work. He presented multiple options for fixing, replacing, upgrading, and servicing my door. No high pressure sales, no pushy tactics, just got me up and running at a very reasonable price!

Door motor wouldn't work. I called just before 8pm on a Sunday. They were here just after 8am Monday. My technician, Adam, was great! Showed me what was wrong (bad board), gave repair options and prices, made a few other recommendations based on the state of my door, then made the authorized repairs with little to no issues. Imhighly recommend this company and will use them again, as needed, in the future.

The service was fast and great for last min. The gear and sprocket broke on mine. My wife wanted the garage fixed asap. So I called around 12:30pm, they offered to come between 2-4. I told wasn't sure if I would be home, they said we can do between 6-8 if you like. Those hours were still within normal business hours for them. Mitchell called about 5:00pm and asked if he could come on, I said come on down. He got here and I told him what was broke. He verified and checked out the rest of the garage to make sure else needed to be fix. He gave me options and then I told him which one and he got it done. So pretty quick and good for same day service.

I called and they were out same day, had them call before coming, they called and actually were able to arrive earlier than arranged. The tech fixed the problem, saw another problem with the door and was able to fix it also. I had the tech look at 2 other doors and he gave me recommendations for them, I did not have repairs done to them at that time. I was very pleased with service.
