The list goes on and on about how professional Dylan Byrd their representative is and was to me! He explained everything that was going on and gave me 4 different opinions as to what I could do to fix my problems. He never high pressured me on what to do or how much to spend. I chose Precision at first because I needed service with a Liftmaster gate; they were the only one in the area. The service has been outstanding with friendly, professional, and knowledgeable technicians. I will need a new garage door eventually, so I will absolutely be calling these guys again. The options for this review for service don’t include gate repair, but that’s what I had done.

Everything was handled professionally from the text identifying the technician who would be coming to my home to the courtesy call from the tech himself advising me of his arrival time. Dylan Byrd was very professional and informative. He explained everything he was doing, he showed me what he was doing, he explained the pros and cons of the options he could provide, and he cleaned up everything afterwards. I will ask for Dylan when I complete the remainder of my garage door project. I just could not afford everything I wanted to do this time around.

The appointment was disappointing, not because of the technician, but the fact that when he arrived, I found out that Precision did not service the type of garage door opener that I have. A simple question when making the appointment would have saved me the service fee which I begrudgingly paid and the technicians time. Bad form not to ask a simple, "what brand is your garage door opener". With that said, I would hope that Precision would agree and reimburse the service fee. If not, learned a $50 lesson to not use Precision Door again

Matthew came out, and I like that Precision sends a text along with the photo of the rep coming out. I had changed the original sale items on the spot and Matthew was patient and walked me through the options. He and his colleague knocked the job out of the park. Efficient and even programmed my cars to open/close the garage door. I love good customer service and this was a nice transaction, and the garage motor is whisper quiet. Highly recommend.
