Service date of 4.19.23: On this date I called Precision to schedule a technician to come by and give me an estimate to replace the door drums and springs. I called the listed number at 7:45 am local time. Jazman was the lady who took the call and by the way she answered the call I knew I was in good hands. She took my contact information and set me up with 9:00 to 11:00am for that morning's appointment. The technician was Drew and he called me to let me know he was on his way. Drew arrived at 9:00am, reviewed the damage and proceeded to, in detail, what would be involved in getting the door back in working order. Drew was very professional, courteous and knew his job well. Before Drew got started, he went over the things that I knew needed fixing. He informed me that there was a "Total Package" that was available if I chose to change out all the moving parts of the door. When he added replacing all the rollers (which was not in the original scope of work) in would be about 30% more. By doing this, I would receive a lifetime warranty. I chose the "Total Package". I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the repair and to have the experience of a technician such as Drew. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Co. Bob A.

I had to have a garage door replace due to the old one breaking. The technician arrived early, introduced himself, verified what was going to be done, and went right to work. When he was done he showed me the proper maintenance procedures to ensure a long lasting door. The technician did an impeccable job! Excellent service all around!!
