It's been an excellent experience with Precision. Everyone is very friendly, very helpful. The install went great and we love the new door. We called yesterday because the door wasn't going up all the way. The service agent was here today to take a look. It was a simple problem he solved quickly. I was impressed he took the time to explain everything to me (Thanks Andrew). I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Even during the coldest winter we've seen in 20 years, the two man crew successfully installed our beautiful and quiet (yes, this is the quietest garage door I've ever heard) in a couple of hours. The insulation has kept the garage 20 or more degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature.

I am so glad that we called Precision when the garage door spring broke. Seems like it did because the door was old and all parts had worn out. We contracted through Steve for a new door and it was delivered in less thatn the time quoted and was installed today. Dayton came early in the time window quoted after calling to advise that he was on the way. He arrived in a nice mood and got about the installation quickly. He was aware of what was going on as my father decided to open the house to garage door to listen/watch to what was going on. Dayton noticed this and asked if we wanted him to close it as he was about to open the garage door to the outside elements. I found this to be very thoughtful of him. He worked efficiently and went over the finished product when he was done. He left the garage clean. The whole process from 1st call for service through installation ran smoothly and, was pleasant. Thank you Steve and Dayton for more than doing your parts to make it so.
