Our garage door wouldn't close, and I noticed one the cables was off the drum. I called the next morning and Sheridan, a technician, came to our house about an hour later. The opener, springs and rollers were 30 years old, so I guess it was time for replacement of those as well! Sheridan took care of things in a couple of hours and we now have a much quieter garage door with new remotes, new keypad, and smartphone connectivity. Very happy!

We had unsatisfactory result from another garage door company's multiple visits. I saw your ad and decided to call. We have an old house with original wood door but we never had an issue before this last motor change out. The door was wobbly; the track seemed loose etc. Joseph was fabulous. He called ahead to verify our appt. Then, he was running 20 minutes late and notified us of that. He was most pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. He explained what was going on with our door and proceeded to make adjustments that had he door soon purring. I actually enjoyed the service call! Thank you Precision!
