Your tech James was courteous and very professional. He pointed out problems with my springs and bearings and expertly replaced them. And he serviced the motor and lubed the hinges. I was very satisfied and will rely on Precision as long as the service stays at such a high quality.

Cem Forshey arrived on time, quickly determined I needed to replace the 30+ year old opener, and began work. It was after dark, so when the fluorescent garage light failed, we agreed he should return in the morning. He did so, and completed the installation promptly. Cem explained all the workings of the new system: safety features, remotes, keypad, electrical connection, etc, and asked if I had any other questions. He was quick, capable, and courteous. This was the third time I have had recourse to Precision for service, and I have always found it excellent.

Rip off Service tech gives a price and we do not accept and are told to write a $ 49.00 check because we did not proceed. The price quote was $400 more than the original installer for the same spring system. My wife was not informed that there would be a charge if we did not sign up for the repair when she made the call. I expect the check returned or tore up. I am having the original installer come out and gave us a quote over the phone

Placed a call on Saturday at 5pm and the service tech was there by 7pm. Shawn was very efficient, pleasant and knew his business. Had the spring replaced and my door working again in no time. Excellent service and great job!

This was a worst experience I had with a service person. He had no clue of what could be wrong and keep giving me different answers as I questioned the validity of his other suggestions. He obviously did not want to do the job as he gave me close to $800 estimate to just replace the motor!!!!! I gave him a $50 check and literally told him to leave...I did get the job done with $300 and a lot better and accurate service...Very bad..will not recommend your company to any one...

I was very surprised to get same day service. A lot of companies advertise this but when it comes right down to it, they don't deliver. Hector was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed new springs, showed me how to manually open the door if need be and answered my questions. I was impressed and will definitely use Precision Door in the future. 5 stars!

The speed with which the tech got here and the service he provided was excellent. I thought the price was a bit high, and he didn't seem to know about your waiver of service call charge as explained on the phone, hence the 1 point deduction.
