I chose Precision because I had a handy coupon that made it easy to call and get help...yesterday. This afternoon the work was done including a new garage opener and a refurbished garage door. It only took Julian two hours to finish at the 192 degree temperature in the garage. I highly recommend this company. (Precision). because they take care of your problems!

Bryce and Pedro showed up early (which was great!) with smiles on their faces. They assessed the problem and made two recommendations. They were both very knowledgeable and I took their advice. When they were done with the work, they showed me a problem on the door and told me a brace would fix it. Once again I took their advice. They did a five star job with a 10 star attitude and attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselves and were in and out of here in 45 minutes. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper!!

Needed a follow up visit because my new (last September) garage door was making an unusual noise. Called Precision (who installed it) got a very nice, friendly person on the line who set up the house visit. Nathan, the garage door tech, showed up on time, polite, friendly. I lost the weather striping on the bottom of the door. It was replaced with a universal strip. While here, the tech spotted a bulge in the big spring overhead which could have broken if not adjusted. The spring was was adjusted along with lubrication of the rollers. The tech was efficient, friendly and very competent. He always called when he was on the way. They are probably not the most inexpensive, but as they say, "you get what you pay for" and I think I got what I paid for. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy with their service.

The guys who installed the door didn't fix the electricity for the manuel door opener or greased the wheels so another guy came out the next day when we called and fixed it and apologized for the installers mistakes. I would still recommend your company

He arrived on time and determined my problem. He explained to me and I agreed to give it a gone. And again, I am happy I did. Our Technician was Rudy Saavedra. He was very polite, introduced himself and the Company. He is a great teacher - he explained, slowly and in detail, about the entire door system - which in turn persuaded us to let him do the entire job instead of a "quick fix." He showed us all the parts on his computer and described what they did. He tested the door, in my presence, and discovered, probably because our door had insulation, that it was heavier than if there was none - and it was not working properly. He replaced one spring with a heavier one, and the door works like new. He also lubricated everything, so we should not have to touch any part of that assembly for a long time. He answered all questions we posed very patiently. We especially liked the springs with their green covering, which I won't have to spray with silicone like the old door. He had all the parts necessary. He didn't have to leave the work site to get others, and he cleaned up everything. His truck was well-organized and clean. We tested the door several times, again, before he left. He wanted us to be confident that it was working properly. He was exemplary in everything he did. No wonder you have the reputation you have. I imagine all your technicians are so qualified. I gave him a bag of our tangerines to take home to his children. This repair, which started out as an another agonizing problem for us seniors during this week (we had a couple of issues and we definitely were not happy with the door) and it ended on a happy, and secure note with smiles on our faces. I would like to thank the lady I initially talked with the day before - who set up the appointment. It is truly nice to deal with tremendous people. Thank you all very much!!!

Called another garage door business explaining what I wanted, they wanted pictures which I sent then never heard back from them. A about a week later I saw a commercial for Precision Garage, that caught my attention, I thought what the heck. So I gave them a call, and got a appt for the next day. The repairman named Julian was very polite and after looking at the door said he could repair the same day. Gave an estimate that i could afford.. It only took him 90 minutes to make the repairs, he had replaced the cables, end bearing brackets, drums, bottom bracket, cleaned up and threw the old parts in the recycling bin, locked the side gate. He was very pleasant. The total bill was exactly what he told me. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door repaired.
