I am so very disappointed with Precision. Why? Because when I scheduled my home visit I provided that what needed repair was my Sears Craftsman1/2 H.P. and when the repair tec arrived he said that Precision did not do repairs and he suggested that I replace it with a company model. Again, why schedule a visit for a garage door opener that Precision has no parts for. What a scam! I had to pay for a visit for something that Precision could not repair and was very willing to replace with a Precision stock item. NO SERVICE WAS DONE I did the repair by only replacing the missing chain link. If you are wondering why waited this long to reply it was because if my experience with Precision was so very bad what would Precision Customer Service do. What a scam. NO REPAIR SERVICE WAS DONE. Our customer service manager has reached out to you, but he has been unable to contact you or leave a voicemail. Our technicians carry parts for many openers, but unfortunately, they can't carry parts for all opener models. Our call attendant should have made this clear in your call. Had a new belt drive installed which was an upgrade to my 15 year old chain drive unit a year ago. I reached out to have a technician take a look at a sticking issue that developed on the weather seals on each edge of the garage. Thankfully the resolution was a simple fix. Also had concerns on the overhead springs because they also were 15 years old, but after a full inspection it was decided they still had good operational life left, so no recommendations to replace at this time. Honesty is rare these days and appreciated. This is how you earn customers to keep coming back.

Eric was outstanding; very professional, quickly fixed what appeared to be the major problem with the garage door, but then took it to another level when he noticed that something wasn't quite right. My garage door install was a doozy and they were the only company that would take the challenge. They did an amazing job, I got great service, everyone who came to the house was really nice and went above and beyond to help me out. When things got a little tricky, the General Manager stopped by the house to personally to make sure it was corrected and resolved. I highly recommend these guys, especially if you have a tricky garage door opening.
