Replacement of broken spring was timely and needed. My initial call was misleading because I told the call person I had a 2 car garage sectional door and was told the starting price was $205 per spring. I was told that since I described my garage door as sectional early in the call, it was not sufficient for the call person to look at his price guide that $205 was for a tilt-up door and not a sectional door. Had I been given the correct starting price for a sectional door, I probably would have called another repair company to get an approximate quote and more than likely would not have used Precision.

in the past 7 yrs I have 2 new garage door openers and about 4 different repairs only to repair what was broken the cable broke on Wednesday and it was a mess I called my original garage repair service but not able to get in contact I started searching the web to see whom I could find in my area but no luck just happen to see a commercial on TV about PRECISION so I called and got appointment same day ARMANDO BACCA the tech was excellent he went through the garage opener checked out everything after the inspection he pointed out things that I had seem already but thought I could put them off like broken springs broke roller sensor broke I just thought that I was going to get another repair and it would hold up for another year Armando explained each problem and the pros and cons this time I wanted to get an upgraded garage door opener that I could depend on and not just fix one problem but everything at one time so I did after ALL REPAIRS Armando went thru each step of operating my new device explained and show me all CORRECTED problems I was able to ask question and Armando made sure that I was comfortable on working and knowledge of each part he also pointed out to me what was replaced show me old broken parts This was the first time that I really felt comfortable in a Garage Opener ARMANDO BACCA Is a Exceptional technician with excellent Customer Experience wow new springs new rollers new opener This is the best ever the door sounds totally different I now feel CONFIDENT when I push that button

He gave me a very reasonable verbal estimate to be followed by an email (written) estimate. Pecision, has done it again. Great service awesome techs very knowledgeable and easy going. They are always welling to answer questions. We had our garge door installed last month and started to close about a quarter and bounce back. It turned out not to be big problem and Precision showed up right away to fix! Love their service.

Next time you charge someone $30 be sure the specialist knows what he's doing. Just by pressing 2 button twice doesn't automatically mean it needs a new motor .

I was trapped inside of my garage, with no light and little ventilation. Tony was sent out to rescue me, and he did not take advantage of my situation. He performed all necessary services, including garage door tune up, efficiently and effectively, and at a reasonable price. Tony provided options of levels of service, explaining the implications of each. Tony is highly competent, and I found him to be trustworthy as well.
