PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF ORANGE COUNTY

I need some work done on my garage door. I saw the commercial on TV. I called at 0630 they answered and set up an appointment in the afternoon. I was contacted by Daniel Misenhelter. He let me know he was on the way and would be at my place in 25 minutes. He was early and introduced himself. That was unexpected and pleasant as I’m a senior. Daniel checked the issue with my door and gave me a no pressure option to work with. He did the work and it was a fantastic job. He then explained all he did and pointed out the new parts. Kevin was our technician and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. One thing though, I didn't know you had 42/7 service otherwise, I would have requested for that service on the evening I called because we were unable to open our garage. Otherwise, excellent service. I scheduled my appointment through your online "Chat" service who did not tell me about the 24/7 service. Have a Bless day.

Precision will come out 7 days, 24 hours and that includes holidays. The company does quality repairs with technicians who know what they are doing and explain that to the customer with options given as to what the customer wants done. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Precision for my Garage door needs in the past. They were able to respond quickly and send a techinication within a few hours of my call for assistance. That is important as I don't like to wait for repairs for something as important as a non working garage door.

Got a new door yesterday. Stop working same day. Called 3 times no service whatsoever. You really should stand by your product better. Will not recommend. Still waiting for someone to call. Thankfully got truck out of garage.

The Garage door was not closing. It was about four years old and I had not had any maintenance on it. My fault since they had recommended it. The fix was done quickly and the repair made the door even quieter than before. Nice job!

Technician did all repairs and replaced the garage door opener as promised. My only complaint is the grease marks left on the back of the door from his fingers....not a big deal and cleaned them off in no time
