They showed up. They fixed it… it goes up and down now. They were friendly and seemed competent. I needed new springs. They suggested I replace the cables too. I usually get nervous about any upselling, but in this case, it made sense to me (those are the 2 load-bearing components after all, and they were going to have it all taken apart, so…). It wasn’t that much more. So in the end, I’m choosing to be grateful for his expertise. I didn’t compare prices, but it didn’t seem outrageous or anything.

Our Technician, Ivan, was incredible! My wife saw one of their trucks, got the telephone number and scheduled an appt for the next day. Total work took less than 3 hours, after giving us options with great explanations to any and all questions. We received a military discount which always helps, as a Veteran, it is appreciated because this government shows total disrespect for our Veterans over illegals and terrorists. Our garage door failed to operate and Precision responded within 24 hours and resolved the problem with a new opener. The installer, Jose Perea, was very professional and arrived on time. He completed the job in less than an hour and was even nice enough to program the openers in our cars for us.

Better yet no stars Tech came out on Sept 28 opened my garage did an estimate to replace door took a 250 dollar deposit and I never heard from them again other than a conversation with a rude woman who was going to have the door division call me back, no one ever called. Since then I have had another company give me an estimate and as promised three days later I had a new garage door. In

I called Precision after backing our car into the half open garage door. Their advertisement stated that they were local, showed a high BBB rating, and would respond quickly. I discovered after the call we used Precision previously and we were very pleased with the work they did then. They sent a representative within 90 minutes of my call. The rep was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done to resolve our problem. I would definitely give Precision 5stars.

The whole event was handled absolutely perfect. When I called, they said they could have a tech come out that day between 12 and 2. Took all my info. My tech was Jose Perea. Outstanding. Called ahead to let me know he was coming. Actually came between 12 and 2! Diagnosed the problem instantly and had all the necessary parts on his truck. Had the springs replaced and cables set properly in no time. Very thorough. Lubed all parts and gave me a good explanation of what maintenance I can/should do to keep the door working properly. Total professional. And he's a nice guy! Thank you for getting me out of a jam (literally)!
