We are beyond impressed with the customer service and quality of work performed on our garage. We had our spring coil break late at night while our garage was closing. We have 2 toddlers so having the cars outside would be a big inconvenience. Precision came out the very next day and within a couple hours the door was fixed! Thank you for everything.

Had to call on a Sunday to repair my garage door. There was no extra charge for a weekend call which was great. Brandon was the service man that came. He was so awesome!!! They were able to come out quickly. And they did come out quickly and they did go a good job. Ersell was working by himself and installed new springs and rollers etc. in about an hour and a half. He also cleaned up after himself. And he was polite and courteous throughout. Good job all around!
