Wonderful and kind as always. Turned out the circuit breaker for the garage door opener had switched off and my efforts to turn it on didn't work. (And the nice painting contractor couldn't get it to switch on, either). Michael took about a minute to figure out the problem and show me how properly to work with that particular breaker. Not very happy. I was assured on the initial phone call that Precision would do everything they could to repair the garage door opener if possible. My garage door suddenly stopped working -- relays clicked but door didn't move, which I demonstrated. Without any further troubleshooting I was presented with a quotation for over $800 for replacement. I declined, and with nothing to lose, opened the unit and replaced the blown fuse for $11. The garage door opener has been working fine since. The second star is because they pointed out a frayed door cable, which ultimately would be a problem I can now proactively repair.

Today was a great day, it did not start that way, my spring on the garage door snapped, and of course I was over the top. But I remembered I had used Precision before, I called and Austin came to replace the springs, during our discussion he indicated that the old opener was 20 years old, and that springs break. I asked about new openers and he explained the latest variety. As he fixed the spring I asked more questions and he explained everything to my satisfaction, he was straight forward and polite. I was extremely impressed with Austin, his work was fast clean, no mess and he knew what he was doing, I bought a new opener and was very satisfied with the performance of the door and the company. Great job Austin and Precision Door.

Found Precision Door on the diamond certified site. Friendly and quick response. Got a new garage door opener. Very pleased with service and product. Only issue was the price range given over the phone of $350-$800 was way off from the range given to me by the serviceman of $670-$900. Buyer beware.

The technician Cory you sent to my house was 5 Star. He was knowledge and efficient in getting my garage door operating properly. He also pointed out some other parts that should be replaced before they gave me problems. I felt comfortable with his suggestions because I trusted his input. My garage door is now working better and running smoother than it ever has.

This is a tardy reply but the excellent service I received from Mike deserved a response. Overall, Mike was excellent! Although the cost ($961.35) was more than anticipated, half of the cost was due to total replacement of the coiled springs which I opted for even though they were not contributing to the original defect. It was more of possible future accident prevention step.
