Precision Garage Door not only met my expectations, they exceeded my expectation. Sterling Griggs was awesome! He did a detailed inspection of my 15 year old garage door and the opener and found that the opener was not up to current code, the springs were the wrong size and were torqued too tight, the garage door was not balanced, plus a number of other problems In the past, if there was a power outage, it was very difficult to raise the garage door. Now it is easy and smooth and even I can easily get it opened (I'm 5' tall). I'm so very pleased with my new garage door opener and all the adjustments/changes that Sterling made to the torsion system including new springs for the garage door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door to any of my friends and family. Thank you Sterling!

Joe, the technician came out promptly at the prescribed time for the appointment with a fifteen minute notification ahead of time by phone call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in detail. Joe was courteous, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about the hardware. He presented me with three options in terms of the possible repairs and costs so that I could choose the option that met my needs. Very courteous Workman arrived within 1/2 hr of my call. Diagnosed main cause of problem, broken main spring above door. Also found many worn parts such as cables pullies and rollers. He replaced all defective parts and job was complete within an hour. I am very satisfied with job well done.

He explained everything thoroughly in a way I could understand and expertly fixed / installed a new motor, springs, bar, etc. A complete and necessary overhaul that took him only a few hours.
