My wife and I are selling our home and needed to have our garage door repaired. We called Precision Door because our neighbors and realtor recommended them. A live person actually answered our call and within a few hours their service technician arrived. He was polite, courteous, and explained exactly what the problem was with our door and was able to fix it quickly! We were impressed with Mario and this company. Yes, we would recommend Precision Doors.

The garage door track was bent and the garage door would not close. I called Precision because of their reputation and the fact that they are 24 hours. I needed it fixed before the sun went down. Galvin came out and was able to fix the issue and I am so happy with the repairs and the install of a new belt drive garage door opener. The door closes so smooth and it is so quiet.

Dealing with this company was like dealing with my last plumbing company I hired. Had a minor plumbing problem and they wanted to replace everything they possibly could. All about the money. Precision’s tech did his inspection of everything, and like clock work, he failed everything except for the actual garage door. All about the money. No repair work done.

We have a rental unit. When the tenant called and told us that the garage door stooped working, we contacted Precision. They were very responsive in scheduling the service. I was unable to be present, but they assured us that it was no problem as long as the tenant is present. The technician arrived on time, and called me after diagnosing the issue. He is professional and knowledgeable, clearly explaining his findings and recommended services. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the tenant, and the payment was processed smoothly over the phone. I will use them again.

I paid $50 for a non-service. The technician sent stated he was not qualified to service the old type of extension spring system used for my door, so all he did was provide a quote for a replacement door. I wanted a quote for adjusting or replacing the extension springs to rebalance the door and comply with CA state code.
