He quickly identified several issues that were preventing the door from functioning. He was pleasant, efficient, and informative. He gave us a thorough explanation of the rather significant problems and recommended convincing solutions. It is clear he is an expert and I hope we can do business with Precision in the near future. Called them at 8am. They scheduled me for noon - 2pm to give me an estimate. Called and asked if they could come 1/2 an hour early (11:30AM). Took a few minutes to do the estimate. Asked how soon he could start. Said, "I have everything I need in the van". Asked how long it would take. Said, "40 minutes". Price was right. Was done in 30 minutes. And door worked and sounds great. So far, very impressed.

My Craftsman garage door wall key pad wasn't working. Went on line to find a garage repairman and found Precision Garage Door. Called to make an appointment & the tech was able to come out on the same day. Yippee! The tech, Cory arrived and discovered that the electronic key pad malfunctioned and couldn't be repaired. Showed me which one I needed to order from Amazon and how to install the new wall switch key pad. He was very nice and knowledgeable and polite. He also reset my outside key pad. Woo Hoo! Someone tried to use my outside key pad to break into my house and messed up programming. I couldn't reset it. It took him a little bit of time to reset it. Great service! The people I dealt with were always courteous and polite. The appointment for an estimate was quickly available. The person that made the estimate said it was a common door, white color, should be in stock, should be installed in a week. Three weeks later I was told the truck arrived from the factory and my door wasn't on it. Three weeks after that my door arrived and the installation appointment was made. The style door is right but the color isn't white. Are these problems with quality control or attention to detail?

Would had prefer, this bracket being offer at my estimate for replacement. This would had prevented my problem. Purchase product not listed below.
