PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF COLORADO SPRINGS

Came on a weekend but then issue was not resolved another tech came today ( Saturday) said my security light was interfering unplugged it and truck opens garage so not sure the lesser of two evils no security light or garage opens door from vehicle. Said need to go buy a battery for key pad. Just put one in said it was dead, not sure for 150.00 why I couldn’t be provided a battery. Not happy it took to calls and not happy the security light had to be unplugged to have the truck remote work as many many people have these systems. But money is spent. So techs were very nice.

We called several companies to make an appointment for getting our garage door opener fixed. Precision was the only one who was able to send someone out the next day. Logan showed up during the scheduled time slot and did an excellent job in getting the new garage door opener installed. He was polite and professional and made sure we were completely satisfied with his work. He reprogrammed all of our remotes, tested them, and verified that everything was working properly. We will definitely use Precision again.

I had my garage fixed for the same issue a year ago by a competitor, and they did a temporary fix, which is why I had to call Precision a year later. Stephen Zerkel, the technician, called to let me know when to expect him. Stephen was thorough in assessing what was wrong and what was needed to fix the door. What I appreciated most was there was no high pressure put on any part of the process! Stephen had everything he needed on his truck, and was able to repair the door right then and there. I had my garage door repaired in one day, everyone else I called could not come out till the next week .my technician called ahead to let me know when he would be there exactly despite a two hour window, he was right on time, very friendly walked me through the repairing gave me lots of options to fit my budget, he did the repair and also made sure the door was secure .
