I would have given higher that a 5 star if I could have. I had another company, Garage Door Service, install a new garage door opener. The work and service was TERRIBLE, plus they charged me $1,800.00 for it. After much complaining, they lowered the price, but I still didn't feel comfortable with their work. I called Precision Door and Bill sent Donovan out to check it out. He fixed everything that was done wrong and he replaced the rollers for me, he was a perfect gentleman and explained everything to me in detail. The price was great and I even got the senior discount as I am 70. I will tell everyone about Precision Door as my experience with them was fantastic! Thank you so much for your service and for sending Donovan, he was great!

Donovan at Precision did an amazing job being timely, diagnosing my issue (broken roller), clearly explaining a repair and cost, then moved to the repair. When he was done (which was super quick), he explained the repairs and tested it with me to make sure I was satisfied. He also completed a courtesy inspection and tweaked a few things to make the whole system operate more smoothly. 100% recommend. Thanks so much!

More door mechanism issues were found than the broken spring we knew of, so now the garage door is working better than expected with just a spring repair (quieter and smoother operation) - well worth the price. My garage door had reached the point of noisy, rattling, jerking and somewhat intermittent. Tom arrived and after some inspection, followed by cleaning and lubrication, I now possess a garage door to be proud of. Tom is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and effective. My opener had apparently blown a circuit panel. The technician was prompt and quick. I was told my Marantec opener was hard to work on, and should be replaced. I had so many compliments and comments to its quietness. It was replaced with a Liftmaster...I was told it was the quietest. I have never experienced such a LOUD opener. I can hear it in every room I made a rash decision, spent lots of money, and am sick to my stomach. So mad at myself.

I had used Precision before and was satisfied. For this service, I had the garage door repaired with new springs and some new hardware (rollers, pulleys, etc.) The service was excellent, repairs were done correctly, and timely by the technician when he arrived. He was more than qualified and did a great job. I would have given a perfect 5 stars if the appointment didn't change (it was pushed back several hours). The price was a little more than I expected, but I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend Precision for garage door repair.

Our garage door broke on Saturday and we were unable to use the garage due to the issues we had. After Tom Lathrop came and inspected the problem our garage door was having I am happy to report that it is now working better than new. He even came out on a cold Sunday morning to fix the issue. I would rate this service package 5. From the initial call with the call center to the technician making the repair. The call center was polite in gathering information explaining who, what and when the service man would arrive. Took information on the door. Tom called and set a time. Once he arrived he was very knowledged and polite. He offered ideas for some other things I could do for keeping the doors working and sealing well. Good fix and the doors are working very well now. Thank you for the help.
