Marc was extremely helpful and concerned about my problem. He made sure he checke4d everything to see that it worked correctly and replaced some parts that I paid for from the installation of the opener that didn't get changed. He was very good at explaining things and letting me know what I need to keep doing to keep it working well. I would hope he would come back it I need any more help.

My Garage door was broken, and I looked for where I can get help, and before I could call my landlord, there happened to be a sticker in the garage for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service, and if it is good for my landlord, I gave them a call, being a new resident in Colorado. I setup an appointment, and James was the technician who not only repaired the door, but took the initiative to notice that the garage opener was dry and needed lubrication, all this and I wasn't home at the time! He treated my wife with professionalism and respect, and the repair price was very reasonable! So not only was my garage door repaired, but now it is much quieter! I would use them again, and will pass the word to family and landlord. Thank you!

Bought new house and on second day of ownership the garage door broke and would not close at all. Bobby came out and had it fixed, adjusted, greased, and new rollers in less than 30 minutes. He took the time to educate me on doors and maintenance. Perfect service and just when I needed it!

Called for repair on snowy Saturday. James was scheduled 2 hours later and confirmed with an email. He arrived early in Precision truck & badge. After a quick, but thorough inspection, adjustments and some light repair --we're back in business. Pointed out some areas that may give us trouble later and quoted good/better/best options at fair price. Five stars for transparency, promptness and completeness. Great work, highly recommended.
